  Tates has the best communication of any forum member I have dealt with. He followed up to let me know when the package shipped, where it was in tracking, and left me a note to make sure I checked my mailbox when it arrived. Both items arrived impeccably well packaged, and are working great in my system. I would recommend Tates to any trader on the board who is looking for a good, fast, honest seller.
