    I purchased a sealed copy of Call of Duty 3 on PS3 from him and never recieved it. It has been almost 20 days since the deal went down and I can\'t get a response from him. He has logged into the forums since I have pm\'ed him over 4 times, so I know he is alive an well.

    Bad Trader, doesn\'t respond, unless it is you paying him, hasn\'t shipped items etc... I am persuing Paypal for a refund on the payment.

    I refund the buyer and it was my fault, i was negligent in handling this affair and trusted my roomate to ship out the item.
