    Sold a used Gateway laptop.

    The transaction didn\\\'t go as planned (not his fault), and he was great throughout. He was very patient during the process to correct it and was very open in communication. We both decided it was best to reverse the transaction in the end, but I have nothing but great things to say about him & any dealings with him.
