    Well, it was definitely a very positive experience. Throughout the process, we maintained frequent communication and he was very easy to get in-touch with. He asked key questions re: the product as it shows his competence regarding the product he was about to purchase. We met at a convenient place that fitted both of us and he came on time. We took the time to test the system and reinstall MS Vista when we met.
