    hmsrolst was the Seller on September 23, 2007 AnandTech

    I paypaled him for the CPU on 8/21, and he responded that day that he\'d ship it that afternoon. He disappeared from the forum two days later. The CPU never arrived and that was the last I heard from him, despite my private messaging and emailing him. On 9/6 I contacted the Anandtech moderator who also tried to contact him. He also didn\'t respond to the moderator who did find him to be active on the web at other sites. On 9/10 I filed a dispute on paypal, and on 9/12 he initiated a refund. He has never contacted me to explain his actions, and I have no reason to believe I\'d have gotten a refund, except for my having filed a dispute.

    Before I was able to ship or contact the buyer I had to leave for a 2 week trip without internet access. This was very poor planning on my part and I feel very bad about it and once I got home I issued a full refund immediately.
