  Sometimes you can tell more about a trader in a deal that had problems than one that goes perfectly.
  
  I bought a vid card that arrived with a problem. What wasn\'t a problem was working with dave to get it squared away. Told him I\'d return it and I saw a flash out of the corner of my eye. Turned out to be my money being refunded. I\'d deal with hm anytime.
