  Original trade was for my newly received RMA replacement for a 7800GTX 512MB from eVGA for his 8800GTS 640MB. Both items were exchanged as planned but the RMA replacement turned out to be defective. Brian remained calm and reasonable throughout the re-replacement process and eVGA rewarded both our patience by replacing the defective 7800 w/ a 7900. Great attitude and an understanding trader!
