    Bought a AMD SD 3700+ and ask him to ship 4 VGA card totalling $475 but never been shipped

    Massive was the Seller on October 6, 2007 AnandTech

    More 3 months and package never been shipped. Lie about item being sent back to his plave twice.

    Currently I\'m trying to contact his local police department to see what they can do about it as I have all his detail.

    Where to begin? This guy\'s a joke. He is NOT located in the US. I have conducted a few trades with him in the past without trouble. He asked me to help him out with getting some used parts since people would not ship internationally. (Now I know why). The VGA cards were not mine, he had them shipped to me from other people all over the country. Then he asks me to ship the items \"Broken Computer Parts, RMA Only\", so he doesn\'t have to pay a bribe to his customs officials. I informed him that this is a felony in the US, as you are breaking Customs laws. I shipped the packaged TWICE, with it being returned both times undeliverable. The second time it was open and missing items. I informed him and the PO informed me that they were only liable for the amount of the shipping, which was around $70 if I remember correctly. I have taken copies of all the emails to my local PD and discussed it with them in detail, and was told I have nothing to worry about, I\'ve committed no crime. I would HIGHLY suggest NOT dealing with this guy.
