  The package was shipped by me through via UPS through an Office Depot. For the first shipment they misprinted the label and the item was not shipped. Through the process of discovering this and resolving the issue, the buyer remained very calm and patient. The second shipment never had the tracking information updated so we had no idea where the package was. Again, the buyer was patient and understand while I resolved the issue with the shipper. I cannot emphasize enough how nice it was to deal with a buyer who was understanding and patient through the entire process. It made the transaction much smoother on my end and made it able for me to more effectively deal with UPS to finally get the package delivered. I would not hesitate to do business with this buyer again.
