    Very good communication which resolved an issue that came up after the deal was made and paid for. When he went to pack it for shipping he then realized one of the DVD Players accessories was missing. He immediately contacted me and offered a partial refund to keep the deal alive. Shipping was also fast and item arrived undamaged.
