    I cross-shipped with this guy based on his previous good heatware. I sent him the product right away, but it took him about 3-4 weeks to get me the money order he owed me. Fortunately, I\'m an easy guy to deal with and don\'t like to leave anything but positive heat. He was truly sorry about the delays as he\'s been busy, but we spoke about how important communication is and he agrees. If something comes up, communication can always make things better!! :)
