    I had shipped the case, and the side panel was broken by FedEx. This turned into a real nightmare. They promised a 14-Day turn around, and it took over two months to finally get a check in hand. David was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process, and I cannot thank him enough for that. I would not hesitate at all to deal with him again.
