    Quick communication, very fast payment, easy to work with, would definitely do business with again anytime. The first time I sent the drive out USPS tagged it as delivered but it had never gotten there. After both of us trying to track it down it was left at whoever gets it will take the appropriate action with it, whether that be shipping it out again or installing it and leaving heat. Well, it came back to me and of course USPS has destroyed the box by writing \"ADDRESS UNKNOWN\" on every side in at least one place, sometimes up to 3 times per side. I switched the packing out for a new box, confirmed the address (which was right in the first place... dumb ass USPS), and got it out once again, this time UPS with active tracking so that we could make sure that it got where it needed to go. This time it went through and everything was good. The sata cable I said I would include accidentally got left out of the package when transferring it to the new packaging post-USPS-destruction of the original, but they found their sata cables luckily so it still worked out good. I dropped two sata cables in the mail anyway to make sure that they had a few extra for the future just in case. If you buy something from me, I want to make sure that you get it :)
