  I bought an \'excellent condition\' canon SD800 IS camera with 2gb card and usb connector, paid with pp.

  When I received the camera it was loose in a small box without the usb cable and with a 1gb rather than the expected 2gb plus it had two sharp dents in the metal at the bottom of the lcd screen. It worked without a problem though(and does to this day) and we agreed on a partial refund for the damage which he said wasn\'t there when it was shipped and he promised to send out the cable and 2gb card within the week. I reminded him about the accessories I was waiting for 2 weeks later and he again said he\'d send it but never did. He handled the first part of the problem promptly with a partial refund to my pp acct for the damage but never came through with the 2gb or usb he said he had boxed up and ready to go and no more communication.
