    This was a great transaction. Don\'t let the low heat number fool you - this is a great trader who\'s simply starting out with Heat. Great communication, prompt shipping, and packaged very well. I wouldn\'t hesitate to deal with him again and neither should you. He might just be starting out, but i know this is #1 of many perfect heat references to come.
