    Randy made an offer on the power supply I had for sale, I accepted his offer, however, asked him to tack on $10 extra to the price for a 2-Day shipping service. DHL dropped the ball on \"2-Day\" service and delivered in 3 instead. Randy maintains an excellent line of communication and thus, we were able to work past the shipping delay to complete our deal. Very easy to deal with, no hassles outside of the shipping snafu. I wouldn\'t hesitate for a second in dealing with him again, A++
