  Fast shipping (for the holidays) prompt reponse, very professional.
  There was a mistake in the model of the video card he listed. I got a Matrox Parhelia instead of a QID, however I\'m quite happy that everything works very well and I\'m not upset about the Video card since it worked out fine for my situation and the priced I paid was for the card was very reasonable. I would definitely buy from Remove again.
