  I bought a D-LINK NAS device (20GB laptop hard drive in a case with LAN port). Shipment was prompt and the package came looking like I just purchased it from the store. The only way to tell it wasn\'t a retail purchase was a few slits in the shrink wrap.
  
  Communication and shipment was prompt, even during the holidays.
