    Bought an XPS Gen 2 M170 from Jeff for my money order on the Anandtech forums.

    Jeff shipped first, via priority mail. All the while Jeff kept me updated prior to shipment. When I received I noticed a good packaging job, the laptop I noted there was a difference in the specs than what was quoted, in addition there was a slight scratch on the laptop. Jeff got with me right away to address my concerns. He offered to paypal me a refund of which we both thought was fair, it was already a great deal so I wasn\'t overly concerned about it. To sum it up, this was a high dollar item, packaged well, great communication and a super trader who lives up to his word. Looking forward to more deals with Jeff in the future. Another Oakenfold approved trader!
