    I bought an EVGA 8800GTX from him about 6-7 months ago already and maybe 2-3 months later, the card died due to an electrical shock (My fault). I asked him if he could get me an RMA on it and he accepted. It was very nice from him and i had all confidence in him. Well, months later, after sending him lots of e-mails asking for updates and all, i still didn\'t got any card home. He said about 30 times that he would ship the card the next day but never did.

    So as i said in the Description, he told me that he would send me the card maybe 30 times but never did. He always had a different excuse or so. Now, i am tired. I just sent him a last e-mail (Since he is banned from XS.org and OCX.org) asking him to send me the card or I\'d report back to authorities.

    And i thought that leaving a bad eval would be the right thing to do.

    lol 7 months later he kills the card out of warranty as it was users faul, then asks me to help him on his rma.
    Stupid me I never say no and help on an fraudulent RMA, which i never should of agreed to help in 1st place as this was totally wrong of me to help someone who killed there card 7 months later and now want an freebie rma. RMA was processed but card has been sitting here due to my utter busy schedule which is my fault, but i should never offered to help in 1st place. Lesson here is do not help people who do not appreciate it.
