    Well, this is the first bad rating I have ever given. We agreed on the sale of a Toshiba Tecra TE2100, I paid him and he promptly refunded my money. I PM\'d him with no response. He never contacted me through out the day to let me know it was not for sale. Anyway found he was selling it on Ebay and was getting more than we agreed on. Just deal cautiously with him.
