    I bought a used laptop (02-12-2007) from pwnisher but he never shipped it he says he did and it came back,(I used verified PP addy) yet he will not refund my money and offers no proof that he ever tried to ship . (receipt etc)

    I waited for months trying to get my money (hoping for the best) he offered many excuses (I was in India on a religious trip) (my house caught fire) (my mother died)I felt sorry and hoped someone with good heat would do the right thing and either send me the item or repay me .
