  I was supposed to buy from him, we had a date in place for the transaction to happen, but then he stopped all contact.

  I was supposed to buy a computer and monitors from him, we agreed on a date, but the day before the sale was to take place he stopped responding to PM\'s, emails, etc. Very poor way to do business.
