    Item arrived in original plastic packaging with no damage on container but a capacitor had somehow fallen off during shipping. Bo_Fox helped with the USPS Insurance Claim process and went out of their way to mail us the receipts we needed, even after the Post Office couldn\'t make up their minds on which one they wanted. Bo_Fox kept in communication throughout the entire process. A++
