  item didn\'t work when i received it, i worked with him on trying to get it to work. never got it to work, i shipped it back, then he claimed that i damaged it. he wouldn\'t refund my money, and wouldn\'t send the broken item back. although he admitted he didn\'t test it before he shipped it out:
  \"Its kinda hard to part with that Iriver though but i havent used it in months so why let it collect dust right?\"
