    Chilly1 was the Buyer on June 14, 2008 XtremeSystems

    I was told he would pay for shipping, I do owe him a cascade. He decided without discussion to defraud me into shipping and would not answer my calls nor pay shipping as agreed.

    This man has owed me $1350 for almost three years. He also owes thirty other people money for phase units we paid for but have not received to date. This amounts to over $32,000.

    He seems uninterested in getting me my unit as promised.

    I managed to get him to repay this debt thru giving me an equivalent value in parts as I build my own systems now. I suggest others try similar tactics as this will be the only way he repays any of this debt.
