  At first we had some trouble with the screen, not being able to display correctly. We both came to conclusion that it must have been something along the way of shipping (though for the most part it was very well packaged). He actually gave me all the information I needed to get an exchange, and I did. So now I have a fully functional samsung 226bw registered to me :) He even gave me a discount for the inconvenience! Highly recommended, I will also do business with again in the future.
