  First off, this gentleman communicated diligently with me until we worked out the deal. This being his first transaction on OCN, we worked out a 1/2 up front, 1/2 when received as far as payment.
  I couldn\'t have asked for a better transaction. I wouldn\'t hesitate to work with him again, nor have any problems being a reference for him!
