    I contacted Brad to buy the laptop memory he had for sale. He shipped out the memory even though I got caught up and wasn\'t able to pay upfront. By the time I finally got out of my entanglements, the RAM was here! I paid Brad as soon as I got the RAM and he was not the least bit upset with me (thank God). Awesome seller, very patient and understanding. I wouldn\'t hesitate to deal with him again A++++
