    I purchased Windows Vista Ultimate upgrade retail.

    NoWhereM was the Seller on August 28, 2008 AnandTech

    I told the seller I would buy it if he shipped it inside a cardboard box to avoid damage. He sent a pm after shipping telling me he had shipped inside a padded envelope. When I sent him a pm telling him that wasn\'t acceptable and asking how he wanted to handle it, should I open it and inspect for damage or should I just return it, his only reply was the serial number would be included

    You item worked as I said it would. There was damage to the shipping container. Sorry but, I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT.
    As stated, your product works as it is and was supose to.
