    Bought a iPod. Sent 1/2 the money. Never shipped like promised. Asked for more $. Sent a 2nd payment...never sent the iPod. Needed help with Mod, Pay Pal and law enforcement. Paid me back with someone elses account. Now Pay Pal has froze my account as they filed a claim on me making me the criminal and like I was the one stealing from the account he used.
