  What can I say - excellent seller with excellent communication. Let me know that shipping was going to be delayed by a day due to personal events, and kept me posted daily with tracking updates.
  
  Zero also offered to handle contacting Antec to get a replacement door for UPS\'s manhandling of the package :)
