    What can I say? Mike and I quickly agreed on a price, he paid as soon as that happened and communicated throughout the whole length of the transaction (From start to finish). I know this is said often but I truly wish all transactions went this smooth. He immediately left Heat as well. Would gladly deal with Mike again! Thanks again!
