  Controller card worked perfectly but drives arrived DOA. Packaging was adequate by my standards (see my heat) so i assume during the christmas holiday the box got tossed around pretty good. It was the fault of neither of us. I notified seller and he immediately issued full refund and allowed me to keep the MegaRAID card as well. KUDOS! I wouldn\'t hesitate to do business with again! VERY stand up guy!
