    If USPS didn\'t bounce it back to you (as they must when they fail to deliver it) - it\'s not my problem.
    I have NEVER gotten the board you\'ve sent me, you can ask USPS or whoever you like about it.
    Basically, you can claim it back if you still have the post receipt.

    I\'ve left a negative because at that time the dispute deadline was expiring, and I had neither a word from you (because you were out of town) nor the stuff I paid for. What did you expect me to do?
