    Item was fully functional when it was shipped. Item arrived at buyers house to which he replied that it was working great, got a PM 3-4 DAYS later saying it ruined 2 DVD\'s. Told buyer that the item was as-is since it was used, and that it was fully operational when it left and when it arrived.
