    Purchased a Dell 15fp. Package was shipped promptly and billed to my UPS account. UPS did the packaging.

    Item was as described. Some cosmetic blemishes which I probably should have asked about ahead of time but not surprising. Broken screw but I assume that occurred during shipping. Good communication and would do business with again.
