x1950XT video card - PCIe
xxGriff was the Seller on February 9, 2009 HardForum
We (QuickS and my self) agreed on the purchase of an x1950xt video card 1/26/09. Payment was sent via paypal 1/26/09 and I was told via PM that he would ship the next day. Several days without receiving a tracking number so I PM?ÇÖd to ask. No answer for a few more days.

Sorry, yes I did ship the X1950xt.
I waited for a full week and emailed to inform QuickS that I had not received the card. On 2/4/09 I sent another email regarding the card and received:
Hey ill be giving you a refund right now I\'m running the X1950xt card in my rig because its the only card I have (GTX260 had to be RMA\'ed) I\'m really sorry.

This after he told me he shipped, yet clearly did not. I sent a reply(below) and he responded with:

Today 2/10/09 I am notified by Paypal that the refund failed. I sent an email to Michael Warrens stating this was unacceptable and I wanted my money back today. His response:
Item is being shipped today. Will provide you with tracking number.

I do not want anything from Michael Warrens save my money, and I will not engage in any transactions with him again as he is not to be trusted. I received more juvenile back talk and I am closing with this. I am getting my money back and will file what ever is required to assure my money is returned.it is a matter of principal.

Response from Michael WarrenThis user is actually a troll and left negative feedback because I sold my card to someone else. I dealt with him on ocforums and he filed a claim with paypal requesting a $40 refund from me when he never even sent me any money. (My paypal is the same as my email and is my profile) I ended up getting paypal to close the dispute in my favor. This user is very immature and is definitely a troll and users like him are the ones that make me stray away from selling or buying items off of forums.February 10, 2009
