    Brought cheap computer for my friends starter htpc 4200x2 AM2 2.2Ghz MSI K9A Platinum 2x1GB OCZ 3-4-4-15 Orca case 250GB 16mb Western Digital SATA HDD DVD-ROM 450w PSU

    This seller has strict rules about selling to quote \"NO RETURNS, PERIOD. NO REFUND, PERIOD.\" I brought a desktop for a friends htpc startout that i thought would work, but ended up having a busted mobo and/or processor. The computer would hang up and refuse to load any OS i tried. i thought it was damaged in shipping; but when contacted, seller said he knew about the problem but assumed it was the hdd. Seller made no effort to mention the problem or list it as possible broken before purchase. Seller then reminded me of their no return/refund policy. If you are reading this, i would not by from this guy. He shipped me this knowing it didn\'t work at the time of shipping !!!

    No, I did not know about the problem. I told you before, I put HDD in there that was loaded with Windows XP, but that HDD was used with a Intel machine, so I assumed the BSOD was a driver conflict which normally it is. Everything posted fine, i did not state i would include an OS with the system. I Strictly find this to be a user error as i have never ever heard of a computer failing to load an OS.
