    I bought a Blackberry Storm from David. The item was shipped but arrived broken. Fedex then shipped it back to David and he was responsible for obtaining the insurance and refunding me, or replacing the Storm. Communication was great throughout this process until one day, I couldn\'t get a hold of him. I have tried every forum, every email, and every phone number I have for him but he has not responded to anything for 2+ months.

    I would not recommend dealing with D44ve. He has left me out to dry with this deal.
