    purchased watch and guitar stand from hardforum.

    Pkirk618 was the Seller on April 23, 2009 HardForum

    little slow on shipping (12 days). Missing piece to watch but came days later after (he did email me though).

    Refunded me 10.00 after I expressed some disappointment in shipping time and because the stand was missing a screw that tightens the bottom portion of stand from moving the guitar.

    He tried to make right and I believe crap happens from time to time. However, this site is designed to be helpful to buyers and sellers--so details are everything.

    I was going to give a negative, then a neutral and finally I figure a positive rating is appropriate because in the end, I was happy. It just took a little longer than I care to wait.

    For future buyers/sellers, this trader has been fortunate to receive positives from everyone he deals with. However, reading the evals will reveal problems in shipping and quality control.

    These are areas that need to improve before you (DLLFILES) get poor evals in the future.
