    Possibly the biggest mistake I have made with online shopping/trading. I posted a \"WTB\" thread on [H] and I got pm with seller offering me his card. On Feb. 1, 2009, I sent $375 to him fulfilling my part of the deal. Supposedly he shipped the card two days later. During the next three weeks, the card was missing, I asked the seller for my money back, the seller refused because he already used all the fund as soon as he got it. At the end of the third week I was asked to pick up the package. At the post office, the postman said I need to pay extra shipping fee because the seller did not include sufficient postage when he shipped the item, I left without the package. Few days later I was informed that the package has been sent back to the seller. Knowing that the seller has no ability to pay back the money he owe me, I filed a paypal dispute. The seller was furious when paypal kept the money and brought his account to negetive. Ironically, the seller having both the video card and used the money I sent him, he opened up the thread try to discredit me. During the course of discussion, he tried many ways to push blame on me, when the table turned against him. Moderator has offered a reasonable solution for us, I accepted the offer, let the seller did not, instead he continued to push bs announcing how he should\'ve receive more at his end. After a month, Paypal dispute ended favoring me. The seller tried to appeal the decision, but ultimately failed with paypal favoring me again. With his last ditch effort to take advantage of me, he gave me another lowball offer which I refused. When both paypal and the forum turned against him, he created a new paypal account and left the discussion. I would not be surprise if he abandon this heatware account and create a new one.

    After 3 months since my initial payment, paypal dispute only able to recover 200 out of 375. After $175 short and hours of time wasted dealing with this irresponsible scammer, I would not recommend dealing with this seller under any circumstances.
