  Sold him an AT&T 8925 Tilt smart phone for $200.

  Joe transferred the money via paypal and I shipped the phone. Paypal opened an investigation on the transaction, as Joe did not have a confirmed address. This occurred after I returned from shipping the item, less than 2 hours after I was notified that the money had been sent to my paypal. Tracking confirmed that Joe received the package, however, paypal found for Joe in their investigation and returned his money. Joe has the phone, and he cut off all communication with me on Hardforum. He has not replied to numerous emails and PMs. Paypal will not re-open the investigation. A second request for $200 was sent through paypal on 3/23/09, and was also ignored by Joe. Joe\'s last login on Hardforum was 4/29/09, and as I said he has not responded to any PMs that I\'ve sent to him there.
