Review for user gigabit from Jayws

    Bought a 20\" Dell 2007FP from gigabit.

    Jayws was the Seller on May 26, 2009 Overclockers.com

    The first monitor that I received was well packaged but arrived with many dead pixels when it was advertised otherwise. A replacement was arranged which was of significantly better screen quality, however the DVI port does not work. Communication pretty much ended after that point even though I wanted yet another replacement. For what I\'ve gone through, the monitor that I currently have will suffice but the overall experience was fairly poor, especially since I was trying to buy this for a friend. I hate to leave negative feedback but I gave plenty of time for this to be resolved and I don\'t think my demands are unreasonable.

    Lets see it was for a friend then it was for him.I never did get a straight answer on that one. Anyway the frist monitor which was in perfect condition when i shipped it to him.(Plus it was insured for $300)but when he gets it its full of dead pixels hmm . I just cant figure that one out but what ever things happen
    .So i have Dell send me a new one and ship it to him which cost another $40.And of course there is a problem with this one to when he gets it..So i asked him to just let me transfer the warranty so he could just handle it with DELL and we could get this over with.This guy is not easy to deal with so i just bit the bullet.Ive always worked out any problems ive had with my sales.Read my evals.But not this time.
