    Purchased Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 1500GB hard drive

    Item arrived with issues. I\'m unsure if it was poorly handled on transit or I simply got a drive with the plagued issues that these particular models are known for.

    Since these were sealed, he didn\'t check the drive. And the package was well protected so the seller was not at fault.

    I was offered a refund & reimbursement for shipping costs back to him or reimbursement for shipping it to seagate for a RMA.

    Very easy to deal with, and for the record I chose to ship it back to seagate since the price was great, and the problem was hardly his fault. He deserved the sale at the very least.

    Was a pleasure to do business with.
