    Well unfortunately the board was DOA.

    The seller did say he had no means to test it but still offered to cover it if the board was DOA. We agree in split payments. I contacted the seller and he was extremely helpful and professional to deal with the entire transaction. He apologized and refunded my original payment. Even after this I would definately deal with again.
