    Trader has communication issues at the very least. He led 2 buyers to believe he is shipping out the item and the buyers purchased Money Orders for the items.     Since items/money were not actually sent, normally an eval can not be written. But this falls in the grey area since he led the buyers to believe he sent out the items and the buyers did in fact purchase money orders. Because of this grey area, I am removing the negative eval from one of the buyers and replacing it with this one.
