    original deal was 2x dell $100 gift certificates for a 780i motherboard

    A brief summary would be, my 2x dell $100 gift cards for his 780i mobo arrangement made october 9. I gave him the gift card information same day, i received the mobo in the beginning of november (i am in NY, and he is in Canada). The mobo was broken but i took some time to order some new ram because the board seems to incompatible with a lot of ram. I couldn\'t remember who i did the deal with do to all the trades i had going on, but in December, i got a message from allenpan asking for heat for our trade, of course i told him the motherboard was broken. He ignored me till i made a thread about him and then told me to send him the board. Sometime around january, he recieved the board and then ignored me and then finally told me he was out of the country after OLDIE contacted him, he was honestly online everyday after he received the board but refused to contact me, infact he didn\'t even tell me he was out of the country, he replied to OLDIE and OLDIE told me. He said he would be back in May to check the condition of the board and resolve the situation.


    He got back in the country in May,he never messaged me once. I contacted OLDIE and ask him to talk to allenpan. OLDIE talked to him the entire time and oldie got him to respond by telling him he has till a certain date to reply to me or ban. He didn\'t message me once since he got back till july 14 and in that pm he told me to cancel the gift cards. I didn\'t have them anymore obviously, it was 8-9 months after our trade and i am more than sure he used them, why would he ask me for heat? i remember him asking me what to do when ordering on the phone, etc..

    He said he was going to ask the mods what he should do and never got back to me.


    Vertigo Acid on [H], said that the situation has been dragged on for too long and refuses to help me. Allenpan has both the motherboard and the gift certificates. I no longer want the motherboard, it\'s about to be 10 months after the deal initiated and i have a far superior board.


    Today, i posted negative heat on his heatware and he replied to it instantly and then left me a negative. He has both the motherboard and the gift cards and still leaves me a neg lol.....

    took him more than 1 month to return the motherboard and by the time he decided to send it, i am not in the country anymore, and as for the gift card i never use it so i ask him for the gift card number again and he told me he no longer has it.
