    BS+LIES+MISSING ITEMS+NO REFUND=MARCUSFOX

    _dangtx_ was the Seller on December 4, 2009 RedFlagDeals

    i took two days (48 hours) to make the payment(have PMS and BANK INFO as proof) in wich time he sold my items to a second buyer..he says i took two weeks (and im quoting him) :

    looks like he treats some of his buyers better than others....

    this guy cant keep his word for long.
    i dont know how he does business.
    and then his way of communication.he has to learn to stop insulting people, mods,admins,forums..etc.
    buyer beware. he will try to bs/lie his way out of trouble like there is no tomorrow.
    if you dont get your full order, good luck. he doesnt do refunds.involve the mods right away and dont wait.
    a lot of buyers are afraid to leave feedback because of retaliatory reply he can and will leave. no worries, the mods are there to protect you.

    ON HWC MOD INTERACTION WAS NEEDED BECAUSE YOU DID NOT SHIP MY ORDER IN FULL. ONCE THE MOD LOOKED OVER YOUR MESS UP, HE ORDERED YOU TO SHIP ME THE PARTS THAT I PAID FOR AND WICH YOU DIDNT INITIALLY SHIP.
    YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF THIS, LOOK AT THE NEUTRAL ON THERE. THE MODERATOR TOLD ME TO LEAVE YOU THE FOLLOWING, AND IM QUOTING HIM AS IN THE FEEDBACK ITSELF: \' Simply state that \"you needed Mod interaction to complete the transaction based on mis-communication\".

    ON RFD THE SAME THING HAPPENED, BUT 1-YOU HAD ALREADY SOLD MY ITEMS THUS YOU COULDNT SHIP THEM ANYMORE AND

    ISSUES WITH YOUR SCAMMER WAY OF DOING BUSINESS ON 2 DIFFERENT FORUMS. ON THESE 2 FORUMS YOU WERE TOLD TO SHIP ME MY ITEMS OR REFUND. ON RFD YOU DID NOT REFUND ME THUS YOU GET A NEGATIVE.
    I HAVE NEVER FABRICATED ANYTHING, SIMPLY QUOTING YOUR PMS/POSTS IS ENOUGH TO PROVE YOU WRONG PLUS YOU INCRIMINATE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIMES.

    I gave you 2 weeks to pay for those item I had first offered I made you up a few offers after that that didnt even include the fan controllers, then on RFD you fabricated and re made my pms to make it look bad..... you knew after the dispute over on Hardwarecanucks.com which was the forum was were this deal took place originally not rfd, I did not disrespect anyone or any mods what so every on RFD or Hardwarecanucks only thing I might be guilty of ignoring NXS request to re fund you $20 for those Fan controllers which I didnt owe you at all I have proof of that which the admins are rfd completely ignored \" good job failed RFD admins\" you pieces of shit, you changed the time on the EMAIL from interact and submitted it to RFD just so you could get me ban which is pritty dirty in my mind if you ask me =-). you knew full and we\'ll what kind of person I am or you yourself would not have traded with me, you trade with people everyday that trade with me on HWC and rfd and they never had any issue, I am one of the most liked traders to my customer base on HWC ... if you claim that there to scared to actually post bad feedback go ask some of them, I know for a fact what they\'ll tell you. because I know what kinda of person you really are ur a scum bag plain and simple you knew I didnt have the pms from hwc and rfd to fight back because of the ammount of pms and sales I make. Im lucky for Charlie3.0 he backs up his forum so I could actually get proof of my pms I had made too you so that he could make an accurate decsion.

    ALso Still strangely remaining is the fact you tryed to take my items by telling the HWC admins that I owed you these items which you didnt even buy from me \" what was it again\" 1/2 Hose?? and fittings.. strangly then on RFD after I made you look like an ass to the admins the story changed?? it changed to Fan controllers. Which is we\'ll after I sent you the the second package with the water and resvoir why didnt you mention this on HWC?? because that proof you are a liar.

I owe you nothing!! and like I told the RFD admins I might Have actually gave you a refund no problem at all... if you wouldnt have been such an asshole from the very first pm on hwc after you got the first package. which is kinda sad because I gave you my telephone number and told you to phone me and we could talk the whole thing out like men and resolve it, which would probly have came to a much better resault, because maybe we could have come to some kind of understanding?? but this resault is just as good =-)

    Simply said I gave you all kinda of ways to resolve this... you could have even called me...What about your friend Moviestar?? posting negitive feedback on my account when I didnt even deal with him at all if that doesnt spell dirty conduct to you or anyone looking to deal with you in the future I dont know what does.
