  I bought an E2140 from him. The product was as advertised. I was able to get 3.2ghz on this chip easy. My 533 mhz ram could not get past 720mhz so that was what limited a better overclock. im sure this chip can get 3.4 ghz with 1.4v or lower. thank you. recommended seller
